On May 14, 2013 I will be heading off to Mysore, India for a 4 month journey through the practice of yoga and intuitive energy healing. I am forever a student and I’m so grateful for the blessings that have given me a path back into the heartland of my soul. I feel I am not traveling through this alone so I invite you to follow along with me throughout all of my “Oh Shit” moments enjoying my banter and the continuation of my awakening. I’ll miss you guys but you're all with me everywhere I go. I would not be where I am today without any of you so for that I am so grateful. My fellow Yogi’s know this is from the heart when I say... “You guys are fucking awesome!”...
